Information obligation to the data subject (GDPR)

The Gočár Gallery, hereinafter referred to as GG, as the controller, processes personal data in the following cases:

when the controller obtained the subject’s direct consent for such processing,

for contract performance or conclusion,

on the basis of a legal regulation,

when such processing is a legitimate interest of GG and when such processing is overridden by the data subject’s legitimate interest.

In the aforementioned ways, the gallery may be contacted in relevant cases to exercise the right to access, rectify or delete personal data, or restrict processing, to object to processing, as well as to exercise the right to data portability and other rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. In the case of data processed on the basis of consent, data subjects may also contact the gallery in the aforementioned ways to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data. The subject also has the right to appeal to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
